VillaPilot.ai operates under a Costa Rica entity and may process payments, subscriptions, and services through affiliated entities or payment processors. All financial transactions are handled by third-party providers such as Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play.

Users are solely responsible for determining and complying with all applicable tax obligations, including but not limited to: • Income tax • Value-added tax (VAT) • Sales tax • Local real estate taxes • Regulatory fees VillaPilot.ai does not provide tax advice and does not guarantee compliance with any jurisdiction. Any tax-related information provided by the platform is for informational purposes only and must be independently verified.

VillaPilot.ai provides analytical tools and estimates related to real estate assets, including but not limited to: • Rental income projections • Expense tracking • ROI calculations • Market insights • Property valuation estimates These outputs are based on user inputs, market assumptions, and available data. VillaPilot.ai does not guarantee: • Property performance • Investment returns • Accuracy of market data • Future appreciation All decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VillaPilot.ai shall not be liable for: • Indirect or consequential damages • Financial losses • Loss of data • Loss of business opportunities • Decisions made based on platform data Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.

VillaPilot.ai operates as an informational and operational tool. Users must not rely solely on the platform for critical financial, legal, or investment decisions without independent verification.

All content, systems, design, code, algorithms, and structure of VillaPilot.ai are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or duplication, whether partial or complete, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the courts of Costa Rica or through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Costa Rican Arbitration Center (Centro de Conciliación y Arbitraje de Costa Rica).
